Online Memberships

All online fitness memberships are purchased and managed directly through YouTube. As such, any refund requests for membership fees are subject to YouTube's own refund policies and procedures. Please refer to YouTube's official support or terms for information on their refund process. Tona's Fitness Warriors does not directly handle refunds for YouTube memberships.

Merchandise

Merchandise sold through Tona's Fitness Warriors is fulfilled by Printify. Due to the nature of print-on-demand services, all merchandise sales are final and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or an error in fulfillment by Printify.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact Printify's customer support directly for assistance. Tona's Fitness Warriors does not directly handle returns or refunds for merchandise.
