Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Dry Mix
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together: oatmeal, flax meal, hemp seeds, chia seeds, shredded coconut, sprouted pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cinnamon, sea salt, dark chocolate chips, and unsweetened dried cranberries.
Prepare Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: egg, tahini butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Combine & Form Dough
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix. Stir well with a rubber spatula until everything is thoroughly combined and forms a cohesive dough.
Scoop & Bake
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop dough onto the sheet, spacing cookies evenly. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool & Enjoy!
