Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

Mix Wet Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the bananas, maple syrup, applesauce, Greek yogurt, and eggs until well combined.

Add Dry Ingredients

To the same bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gently mix the dry ingredients on top, then use a rubber spatula to fold everything together until just combined.

Prepare the Loaf Pan

Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with coconut oil or butter. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Place in the oven and bake for approximately 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the bread cool for 2-3 hours before slicing. Best served after fully cooling.
