Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the bananas, maple syrup, applesauce, Greek yogurt, and eggs until well combined.

To the same bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gently mix the dry ingredients on top, then use a rubber spatula to fold everything together until just combined.

Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with coconut oil or butter. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
